Orders shipped to states outside Maryland are not subject to sales tax. Orders shipped to a Maryland address are charged 5% sales tax unless we have a sales tax exemption certificate on file for your company.

Shipping charges vary according to product, type, weight, carrier and destination. Most products are shipped via UPS (because they are convenient, competitively priced, offer package insurance and excellent tracking software).

For large items, we have negotiated very favorable discounts with Roadway, USF RedStar, and Forward Air.

In stock orders received before noon, eastern standard time, are normally shipped the same day received. Orders received too late for same day shipment are shipped the next day. Special orders and back order items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
