Where
is Weiner Distributing located?
We
are located at 1201 Desoto Rd, Baltimore, Maryland 21223 (Map/Directions).
Our facility is located in the Morrell Park neighborhood on the southwest
side of town, near the St. Agnes Hospital complex.
Can

Can
I email my questions and orders?
Yes,
but we recommend you call and speak directly to a sales rep. If you
would like to e-mail a question or order, please refer to the e-mail

Can
I order a game or part online?
Weiner
Distributing offers the best prices on new and used machines and accessories.
Since there are so many games and options, it would be near impossible
for us to list and regularly update prices on the web. If you are ready
to make a purchase please call
us and we will get your item(s) shipped as soon as possible.
Can
I pick up my games at your warehouse?
Yes, you may
pick up your merchandise during normal business hours (M-F 9am to
5pm). Our loading dock is located behind the building; enter through
the gate on Whistler Ave. and ring for service.
What are your
service/repair rates?
As of January
1, 2012, our shop rate is $105 per hour. Our minimum charge for repair
service is $105.
How
can I pay for my purchase?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, money orders, and cash. Sorry, no checks.
Can
I open a commercial account?
Companies who
have a long term sales relationship with Weiner Distributing Company
may be offered commercial accounts. Please download a credit
application from our Document Center.
Why
is there no pricing information listed with new games?
Many
of the manufacturers we represent do not allow us to post pricing information
on the Internet. We are sure you will find our prices very competitive.

Do
you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to states outside Maryland are not subject to sales tax.
Orders shipped to a Maryland address are charged a 6% sales tax unless
we have a sales tax exemption certificate on file for your company.
Are
credit cards required for advanced replacement parts?
Yes,
Weiner Distributing requires authorization
to charge your credit card to send advanced replacement parts. This
is required for warranty and non-warranty parts as well. Customers are
also responsible for any and all shipping charges that may accrue for
warranty related advanced replacement parts.
What
are my shipping options?
Shipping charges vary according to product, type, weight, carrier and
destination. Most products are shipped via UPS (convenient, cost effective,
insured, and easy to track). We also offer express shipping options
- UPS blue or Next Day Air. Express delivery will result in additional
charges. For large items, we have negotiated very favorable discounts
with Roadway, USF RedStar, and Forward Air.
Can
I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No, we ship with UPS unless the shipment is too large or too heavy,
in which case we use a freight carrier. A valid street address is required
to insure proper delivery.
How
long will it take to receive my order?
In stock orders received before noon, eastern standard time, are normally
shipped the same day received. Orders received too late for same day
shipment are shipped the next day. Special order and back order items
are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
What
does factory authorized mean?
Factory Authorized is the term used to describe distributors
who are contractually deemed knowledgeable and fit to sell and service
various machines. We follow extremely high repair standards established
by the equipment manufacturers. Our technicians receive periodic training
from factory representatives and sometimes from the very people who
designed the machines!
