Service Bulletin : Ghost Catcher
Large Hopper Modification

If you are experiencing jamming problems using 3" and 4" prize capsules, this simple modification will solve the problem.

  1. Remove the rear door on the Ghost Catcher game.
  2. Locate the large hopper motor. This motor contains a metal gear that must be re-aligned.
  3. Use a 2mm Allen wrench to adjust the metal gear away (out) from the motor.
  4. Carefully re-align the metal gear with the hopper's plastic teeth.
  5. Use the Allen wrench and re-tighten the metal gear to the motor shaft.

This minor modifcation will provide for the proper operation and improve the game's performance.

If you have any questions, please contact Coastal Amusements at 732-905-6662.
